The
Alliance College of Australia is the training
college of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, Australia. Over the
past decades, graduates of this college have been ministering in
positions of leadership in Australian churches and in cutting-edge
missions around the world.
The model of training is one that seeks to connect the teaching and
learning paradigm with the local church as the centre of training and
development. Instead of bringing students to the College, we are
bringing the College to the churches. Our culture today is a rapidly
changing one and those training for ministry need to be able to respond
to the needs and issues of the community around them. In partnering
with the local churches, the training seeks to be relevant to that
particular church in that particular community, taking the principles
of Biblical teaching, leadership development and ministry practice into
each learning community...
