Welcome to the Alliance College of Australia

The Alliance College of Australia is the officially recognised college of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) of Australia Inc. The C&MA is an evangelical missionary denomination with close ties to the worldwide Alliance Fellowship.

Founded in 1971, the primary purpose of the Alliance College of Australia has been to serve the local church by training men and women for Christian Ministry. Since 2007 we have partnered with the Australian College of Ministries local network to offer quality accredited vocational training programs. This means that our courses are tailored with a practical edge and provide opportunities to put into practice what you are learning while you are learning it. This model of ministry training benefits not just the student who learns by 'doing' but also the local church which gains an active ministry participant.

In 2012 we are offering two fully accredited programs: The Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology (30772QLD) and the Diploma in Christian Ministry and Theology (30773QLD). Both of these courses can be studied either full or part time and eligible students will be able to apply for Youth Allowance, Austudy/Abstudy and associated benefits.

In furthering our partnership with ACOM, the college is now also able to enroll students in ACOMs Bachelor of Theology and Master of Arts programs. Students who enter into these programs will undertake their study along with other ACOM students but will have their mentors and ministry supervisors drawn from within the C&MA. This allows students who are interested in higher education programs to complete their studies whilst remaining part of the Australian Alliance movement.

If you have any questions about the college or our training programs please contact me, or any of our professional staff.
